Vintage 1980s Postmodern Pair of Plywood Puzzle Chair and Ottoman

Vintage Postmodern Plywood Puzzle Chair with Matching Ottoman.

This striking sculptural chair is crafted from interlocking plywood panels that fit together like a puzzle, creating a bold architectural form that embodies the playful design language of Postmodern furniture. The clever construction allows the individual pieces to slide into precision-cut grooves, forming a sturdy yet visually dynamic structure.

The chair has been beautifully restored, highlighting the natural grain of the plywood while preserving its authentic vintage character. Its sculptural silhouette makes it both a functional seating piece and a conversation-worthy design object.

The matching ottoman complements the chair perfectly and can also be used as a side table when needed, adding versatility to the set.
